With 12 beautiful clinics spread throughout sunny California, we seek to provide the best Dental Services and create long lasting smiles. We are currently seeking a Korean speaking Receptionist at out Irvine Branch.

Receptionist

Full Time/Part Time

Location: Irvine, CA

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messages
provide information to callers
direct persons to correct destination
deal with queries from the public and customers
ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
provide general administrative and clerical support
prepare correspondence and documents
receive and sort mail and deliveries
schedule appointments
maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

Required Language: Korean and English

Required Experience: 1 year+
